Toshki's Sales is Toshki's sales list. This page says what the site keeps about you, why, and for how long.
When you send an enquiry
The site keeps what you type in the form:
- your name
- the way you want a reply (Discord, email, Bluesky, Twitter/X, an MFC message or other) and your username or address for it; an email address only if you chose email
- your country, so Toshki can quote postage
- your message and the kits you asked about
It also keeps a scrambled form of your internet address (a hash, not the address itself) and your browser's name. These are used only to stop the form being flooded and to spot spam.
Toshki uses all of this only to answer you and, if you buy, to send your kit. She may add notes, the price you agree, payment and tracking details to your enquiry.
Who sees it
Toshki, and the person who looks after the site for her. The site runs on Cloudflare, and each enquiry is emailed to Toshki through Resend. Nobody else gets it, and nothing is sold or shared for advertising.
How long it is kept
Twelve months after your enquiry is closed (done or refused), your name, contact details and message are removed from it. What is left is a count of sales with no one's details in it.
Seeing or deleting your data
Ask Toshki by the contact method you used, or email contact@aeltael.com. She can send you a copy of everything kept about you, or delete all of it.
Cookies and tracking
The site sets no cookies and has no trackers or adverts. Visits are counted by Cloudflare's own analytics, which uses no cookies and does not follow you to other sites. If you pick a light or dark theme, that choice is saved in your own browser and never sent anywhere.
